Corpus Christi FC salvaged a point late, rallying from two goals down to draw 2–2 with Westchester SC in USL League One action on Saturday. Jake Keegan and Jack Keaney scored for the hosts, while Timofey Timchenko and Dean Guezen had Westchester in control for much of the night.

The match turned chippy early. Corpus Christi picked up three yellow cards inside two minutes — Enock Kwakwa in the 21st, then Arthur Medina and goalkeeper James Talbot both in the 22nd — and moments later Westchester made them pay. Timchenko opened the scoring in the 23rd minute to give the visitors the lead. Piero Elias was booked shortly after for Westchester, but he still had an impact, setting up Guezen's finish in the 37th minute to double the advantage heading toward halftime.

Corpus Christi came out with more urgency after the break. Keegan pulled one back in the 57th minute to cut the deficit in half and shift the momentum. The hosts kept pushing as the clock wound down, and Keaney delivered the equalizer in the 89th minute, getting on the end of a Blake Bowen delivery to make it 2–2. Éamon Zayed, who had been booked in the 82nd minute, picked up a second yellow in stoppage time to cap a frenetic finish.

The draw extends Corpus Christi's unbeaten run at home but will feel like two points dropped for Westchester, who controlled proceedings for over an hour before letting their lead slip in the final stages.
