FC Tulsa shut out Hartford Athletic 2–0 at home on Friday night in USL Championship action, with Jamie Webber and Alonzo Clarke finding the net to secure all three points.

The first half was a scrappy, stop-start affair. Barry Coffey picked up Hartford's first yellow card in the 41st minute, and three minutes later both Nelson Pierre of Tulsa and Hartford's Beverly Makangila were booked in quick succession. Webber then gave the hosts the lead right at the stroke of halftime, finishing in first-half stoppage time to send Tulsa into the break with a 1–0 advantage.

The second half brought more cards and another goal. Clarke, already cautioned in the 55th minute, showed no hesitation six minutes later when he doubled Tulsa's lead, converting from a Bruno Lapa feed to make it 2–0 in the 61st minute. It was a composed finish from a player who knew another reckless challenge could have ended his evening.

Hartford never truly threatened a comeback. The visitors' frustration showed in the booking count — Adrian Diz Pe was cautioned in the 72nd minute, Jordan Scarlett followed in the 85th, and both Michee Ngalina and Samuel Careaga were yellowed deep into stoppage time. In total, Hartford collected seven cautions across the 90 minutes, compared to three for Tulsa.

The clean-sheet victory gives FC Tulsa valuable momentum at home and piles further pressure on a Hartford side that struggled to create anything meaningful on the road.
