Louisville City FC cruised past Miami FC 4–1 on Saturday, with four different scorers powering a dominant performance. Aiden McFadden, Ray Serrano, Chris Donovan, and Jansen Wilson all found the net for the hosts, while Alessandro Milesi grabbed a consolation for Miami just before halftime.

Louisville wasted no time setting the tone. McFadden opened the scoring in the eighth minute, finishing off a Chris Donovan delivery to give the home side an early lead. Miami struggled to find any rhythm, and the deficit grew in a devastating two-minute spell midway through the first half. Serrano doubled the advantage in the 28th minute after good work from Taylor Davila, and just 120 seconds later, Donovan — the provider for the opener — got on the scoresheet himself, converting from a Jansen Wilson assist to make it 3–0.

Miami pulled one back before the break through Milesi in the 44th minute, giving the visitors a sliver of hope heading into the second half. That hope proved short-lived. Louisville restored their three-goal cushion in the 68th minute when Wilson capped a fluid team move, finishing after Serrano returned the favor with an assist of his own. The connection between Louisville's attackers was evident throughout — three of the four goals involved a scorer who also assisted on another.

Wilson picked up a yellow card in the 80th minute, but by then the contest was long settled. Louisville saw the match out comfortably, never looking troubled after that blistering first-half burst.

The emphatic victory gives Louisville City FC a strong start to the 2026 USL Championship season and sends an early signal about their ambitions.
