Tampa Bay Rowdies cruised to a 3–0 victory over Phoenix Rising FC on Friday night, with Pedro Dolabella, Matt Myers, and Louis Pérez all finding the net in a dominant first-half display that left the visitors with no route back into the contest.

The Rowdies wasted no time setting the tone. Dolabella opened the scoring just two minutes in, finishing from a Matt Myers delivery to put Tampa Bay ahead before Phoenix had a chance to settle. It was the kind of early blow that forces a visiting side to chase the game immediately, and Phoenix never looked comfortable doing so.

Myers then got on the scoresheet himself in the 28th minute, converting after Charlie Ostrem picked him out to double the advantage. Five minutes later, the rout was effectively complete. Louis Pérez made it 3–0 on 33 minutes, latching onto a Marco Micaletto pass to put the game well beyond reach before halftime had even arrived.

The second half was a quieter affair. Phoenix Rising offered little in the way of a response, and Tampa Bay managed the game without needing to push forward with any real urgency. The match stayed clean throughout — not a single yellow card was shown across the 90 minutes, a rarity at any level of professional soccer.

Three goals in 31 first-half minutes told the full story. Tampa Bay were sharp, clinical, and organized. Phoenix were none of those things.

The convincing win strengthens the Rowdies' position in the USL Championship standings and extends what has been an impressive run of form at home this season.
