Forward Madison FC eased past Westchester SC 2–0 at home on Saturday in USL League One, with goals from Bibi Karamoko in the 32nd minute and Stephen Annor late on in the 86th to secure all three points.

Westchester's task became significantly harder early. Bobby Pierre was cautioned in the eighth minute and picked up a second yellow just 11 minutes later, leaving his side a man down before the 20-minute mark. Forward Madison took advantage in the 32nd minute when Karamoko finished from an Edwin Munjoma delivery to put the hosts ahead going into the break.

The second half turned scrappy. Forward Madison collected four bookings in quick succession — Kevin Carmichael in the 47th minute, Collin McCamy in the 52nd, Roman Torres in the 55th, and Aaron Edwards in the 73rd. Despite their numerical advantage, the home side struggled to put the game to bed for long stretches as the stop-start nature of the half disrupted any rhythm.

It took until four minutes from time for Forward Madison to finally add a second. Edwards, booked earlier in the half, turned provider with an assist for Annor, who slotted home to make it 2–0 and kill off any slim hopes of a Westchester comeback.

The clean sheet and comfortable scoreline flatter Madison somewhat — against ten men for over 70 minutes, two goals represents a modest return. Still, three points are three points, and the result keeps Forward Madison moving in the right direction as the USL League One season pushes past the midway point.
