Charleston Battery came from behind to beat Miami FC 2–1 on Saturday, scoring twice in three second-half minutes to snatch all three points on the road. Harwan Al Zubaidi had given Miami the lead in the 25th minute, but goals from Colton Swan in the 74th and Miguel Berry in the 77th turned the match on its head.

Miami FC controlled the early stages and got their reward midway through the first half. Joel Soñora slipped a pass to Al Zubaidi, who found the net to put the hosts ahead. It was a deserved lead, and Miami carried it into halftime looking comfortable.

The second half told a different story. Charleston grew into the game and were level with 16 minutes remaining. Maalique Foster delivered the ball for Colton Swan, who converted to make it 1–1. Suddenly Miami were rattled — and just three minutes later, the Battery completed the turnaround. Miguel Berry struck to put Charleston 2–1 up, and the momentum had shifted entirely.

Miami FC pushed for an equalizer in the closing stages but could not find a way through. Mason Tunbridge picked up a yellow card late on as frustration crept in for the home side.

The result continues Charleston Battery's strong away form this season and deals a blow to Miami FC, who will need to regroup quickly as the USL Championship stretch run approaches.
