Ristozi FC dismantled Hub City FC 7-0 on the road in NPSL action on Wednesday, with six different-half goals turning the match into a rout long before the final whistle. S. Kodama opened the scoring in the 26th minute, J. Petty struck twice, J. Miyahara bagged a brace of his own, and Y. Ono and M. Yamamoto each added one to complete the demolition.

Hub City held firm for the opening 25 minutes before Kodama broke the deadlock. Petty then doubled the advantage just before halftime in the 43rd minute, sending Ristozi into the break with full control of the contest. Any hope of a Hub City comeback evaporated quickly after the restart — Petty grabbed his second in the 56th minute to make it 3-0, and the hosts never looked capable of a response.

Ono extended the lead to four in the 70th minute, the same minute Ristozi's R. Raymond picked up a yellow card. Miyahara then produced the most devastating spell of the match, scoring twice in the space of sixty seconds — goals in the 78th and 79th minutes — to push the scoreline to a humiliating 6-0. S. Davis was cautioned for Ristozi in the 83rd minute before Yamamoto capped the afternoon with a seventh in the 88th minute.

Hub City offered little resistance across the 90 minutes, rarely threatening and unable to stem the waves of Ristozi attacks through any phase of the match.

The comprehensive victory underlines Ristozi FC's credentials as a serious force in the NPSL this season, while Hub City will need to regroup quickly after a chastening afternoon at home.
