Charlottetowne Hops FC salvaged a point late on, drawing 1–1 with 865 Alliance in NPSL action on Saturday. N. Alvarez Argueta equalized in the 86th minute after J. Jenkin had given the visitors the lead in the 70th.

The first half was a scoreless affair, though 865 Alliance picked up two bookings that hinted at a physical edge to the contest. J. Lluch Casarramona was cautioned in the 29th minute, and Jenkin followed him into the referee's notebook just three minutes later.

Despite the disciplinary trouble, it was 865 Alliance who broke through. Jenkin, already on a yellow card, found the net in the 70th minute to put the visitors ahead. It was a bold contribution from a player walking a tightrope. V. Martinovic was booked a minute later as 865 Alliance racked up a third yellow of the match, and the away side's card count continued to climb when B. Horgan was cautioned in the 85th minute — their fourth booking of the evening.

By that point, 865 Alliance were hanging on. They couldn't hold out. Alvarez Argueta struck a minute after Horgan's yellow, pulling Charlottetowne Hops FC level with just four minutes of normal time remaining. The hosts pushed for a winner but couldn't find one.

The draw means both sides share the spoils in a result that will likely frustrate 865 Alliance more, having led for 16 minutes and accumulated four yellow cards with nothing to show for it.
