Fort Wayne FC cruised to a convincing 3–0 victory over Greenville Triumph SC in USL League One action on Saturday, with goals from Ryan Becher (16'), Lilian Ricol (35'), and Kabiru Gafar (57') sealing a dominant performance.

The match was feisty from the outset. Greenville's Muba Nour was booked inside 15 minutes, and Lucas Meek followed him into the referee's notebook just four minutes later. Fort Wayne took full advantage of Greenville's indiscipline, breaking the deadlock in the 16th minute when Becher finished from a Michael Rempel delivery to put the hosts ahead.

Taig Healy, who had picked up a yellow card of his own in the 23rd minute, played a key role in Fort Wayne's second. The midfielder set up Ricol in the 35th minute, doubling the lead just before halftime and giving Greenville a mountain to climb heading into the break.

Fort Wayne's Emerson Nieto had also been cautioned in the 34th minute, meaning three yellow cards were shown in a scrappy 11-minute stretch of the first half.

The hosts put the game to bed early in the second half. Ricol turned provider in the 57th minute, teeing up Gafar to make it 3–0 and effectively end the contest. Greenville's Ivan Agyaakwah picked up a late booking in stoppage time as frustrations boiled over, but the visitors never seriously threatened a comeback.

The comfortable win strengthens Fort Wayne FC's position in the League One standings and extends what has been a difficult stretch for a Greenville side that had no answer on the night.
