Athletic Club Boise picked up a comfortable 2–0 home victory over FC Naples in USL League One on Wednesday night, with Thomas Amang and Tristen Rose finding the net to seal all three points.

Boise wasted no time setting the tone. Amang opened the scoring in the eighth minute, finishing from a Jonathan Ricketts assist to give the hosts an early cushion. FC Naples had little time to settle, and Kevin O'Connor's booking just three minutes later suggested frustration was already creeping in on the visitors' side.

Andrés Ferrín picked up a yellow card of his own in the 33rd minute as Naples struggled to gain a foothold. The first half ended with Boise firmly in control.

The second half brought more cards but no change in the balance of play. Marc Torrellas was cautioned five minutes after the restart for Naples, while Boise racked up bookings of their own — Ricketts, Omar Yehya, and Dominic Gasso all went into the referee's notebook between the 62nd and 75th minutes. The match grew increasingly scrappy, with Julian Cisneros also carded for Naples in the 71st minute.

Through the chaos, Boise stayed dangerous. Rose doubled the lead in the 81st minute, putting the result beyond doubt. Jake Crull added a fourth yellow for the home side late on, capping a match that saw eight cautions in total — four for each team — though the referee kept his red card in his pocket.

The win gives Athletic Club Boise valuable points in the League One standings as the season pushes toward the midway mark.
