FC Motown earned a convincing 3–1 victory on the road against WC Predators in NPSL action on June 27, with goals from E. Gomillion, J. Bottini, and M. Glennon sealing the result before R. Pierre-Louis grabbed a late consolation for the hosts.

Motown took control early. Gomillion opened the scoring in the 14th minute, and the visitors rarely looked troubled from that point. WC Predators struggled to find any rhythm in the first half, picking up yellow cards through D. Taraska in the 30th minute and J. Holland in the 42nd as frustration crept into their play. Bottini then doubled Motown's advantage just before halftime, striking in the 44th minute to send the away side into the break with a comfortable cushion.

The second half offered more of the same. G. Newcombe was cautioned for FC Motown in the 57th minute, but any hope of a Predators comeback was extinguished five minutes later when Glennon made it 3–0 in the 62nd minute. Z. Perez picked up a yellow card for WC Predators moments after, and the match drifted toward full time with the result well beyond doubt.

Pierre-Louis did pull one back for the Predators deep in the 90th minute, but it was nothing more than a consolation on a night FC Motown controlled from start to finish. N. Ricciardi was booked for Motown late on as tempers flickered in stoppage time.

The defeat leaves WC Predators searching for answers, while FC Motown's dominant away performance strengthens their position in the NPSL standings heading into the summer stretch.
