El Farolito dismantled Vacaville Elite 7-0 on the road in NPSL action on Wednesday, with seven different-time goals from five scorers completing one of the most lopsided results of the season. J. Yabur (36'), C. Valencia Cifuentes (39'), J. Valdivia (66'), A. Ávila Tavera (68', 75'), and E. Kreye (76', 89') all found the net as El Farolito ran riot in Vacaville.
The visitors broke through late in the first half. Yabur opened the scoring in the 36th minute, and Valencia Cifuentes doubled the lead just three minutes later to send El Farolito into the break up 2-0.
Tensions flared early in the second half. Vacaville Elite's J. Martinez and El Farolito's A. Muñoz were both cautioned in the 61st minute, with El Farolito's J. Ayala picking up a yellow a minute later. Whatever frustration was building on the Vacaville side, it did nothing to stem the tide.
Valdivia made it three in the 66th minute, and from there the floodgates opened. Ávila Tavera struck twice in seven minutes — goals in the 68th and 75th — to push the score to 5-0. Kreye then took over, scoring in the 76th minute before adding a seventh deep in stoppage time to cap the rout.
Vacaville Elite had no answer at any stage. The hosts were outclassed from the moment Yabur broke the deadlock and never mounted a meaningful response.
The comprehensive victory strengthens El Farolito's position in the NPSL standings and raises serious questions about where Vacaville Elite go from here after a historically poor night.
