The match turned physical early. Jaylen Yearwood picked up the game's first booking in the 12th minute for Naples, setting the tone for what became an increasingly fractious affair. The tension escalated sharply just before halftime when Chattanooga's Angelo Kelly-Rosales and Tobi Adewole were both cautioned in the 41st minute.
