Tampa Bay Rowdies cruised to a 3–1 victory over Loudoun United FC on Saturday in USL Championship action, with goals from Sebastian Cruz, Adam Beaudry, and Matt Myers sealing a comfortable home win.

The Rowdies wasted little time getting on the board. Cruz opened the scoring in the seventh minute, giving Tampa Bay an early cushion that they carried through most of the first half. Loudoun struggled to create meaningful responses before the break, and the Rowdies went into halftime with their one-goal lead intact.

The second half started with a jolt. Thorleifur Úlfarsson equalized for Loudoun just three minutes after the restart, pulling the visitors level at 1–1 and briefly shifting momentum. That parity lasted all of four minutes. Beaudry restored Tampa Bay's advantage in the 52nd minute, and the Rowdies never looked back.

The match grew increasingly fractious as the second half wore on. Referee bookings piled up — six yellows were shown across both sides in total, with Tampa Bay collecting four of them. Despite the rising tension, the Rowdies stayed composed enough to put the game to bed. Myers made it 3–1 in the 80th minute, finishing off a delivery from Evan Conway to give the scoreline
