Dallas Trinity FC dismantled Fort Lauderdale United FC 4–0 at home on Friday night, with Sealey Strawn scoring twice and Allie Thornton and Bethany Balcer adding a goal each in a dominant USL Super League performance.

The first half set the tone. After a scrappy opening that saw yellow cards shown to Fort Lauderdale's Kate Colvin and Dallas's Jasmine Hamid within a minute of each other, Trinity channeled the early tension into attacking purpose. Just three minutes after her booking, Hamid turned provider, setting up Thornton to break the deadlock in the 27th minute. Dallas doubled their lead four minutes later when Strawn finished off a Camryn Lancaster delivery to make it 2–0 heading into the break.

Fort Lauderdale had no answer. Kathrynn González picked up a yellow card in the 57th minute as frustration crept into the visitors' play, and any slim hopes of a comeback evaporated when Strawn struck again in the 69th minute — this time unassisted — to put the game firmly beyond reach at 3–0.

Dallas kept pushing. Balcer capped the rout in the 87th minute, converting from an Alexis Missimo pass to complete the scoring. Fort Lauderdale's Alana Yasuda was booked moments later as the final minutes wound down.

The comprehensive victory underlines Dallas Trinity FC's credentials at home this season, while Fort Lauderdale United FC will need to regroup quickly after a chastening night on the road.
