Fort Wayne FC cruised to a 1–3 away victory over Athletic Club Boise in USL League One action on Saturday, with Lilian Ricol scoring twice and Taig Healy adding another to sink the hosts.

Fort Wayne wasted no time getting on the scoresheet. Ricol opened the scoring in the ninth minute, finishing off a feed from Kabiru Gafar to give the visitors an early lead. Boise struggled to find a response in the opening half, and the game grew increasingly physical — Jon Paul Jordan II and Bernd Schipmann picked up yellows for Fort Wayne in quick succession, while Boise's Denys Kostyshyn was cautioned shortly after the break.

The second half belonged almost entirely to Fort Wayne. Healy doubled the lead in the 58th minute, and though Boise pulled one back eleven minutes later through Dominic Gasso — who converted from a Phillip Mayaka assist to make it 1–2 — any hope of a comeback proved short-lived.

Moussa Ndiaye had been booked just before Healy's goal, and the mounting frustration from Boise was evident. Fort Wayne absorbed the pressure after Gasso's strike, stayed disciplined despite Michael Rempel collecting a yellow in the 76th minute, and put the game to bed seven minutes later. Ricol grabbed his second of the night in the 83rd minute, latching onto a pass from Emerson Nieto to seal the 1–3 final.

The result gives Fort Wayne FC a valuable three points on the road and could prove significant as the League One table takes shape heading into the summer stretch.
