Ristozi FC came from behind to beat Alexandria Reds 2–1 in NPSL action on Friday, with C. Brady's 70th-minute equalizer and an 83rd-minute own goal from Alexandria's C. Braga completing the turnaround after J. Petty had given the visitors the lead.

The first hour produced few entries in the referee's notebook beyond a yellow card for Alexandria's L. Ehart in the 31st minute. The deadlock broke shortly after the hour mark. Petty struck in the 61st minute to put the Reds ahead, and Alexandria looked well-positioned to see the result out.

Ristozi had other ideas. Brady pulled the home side level in the 70th minute, shifting the momentum decisively. Alexandria struggled to regain their composure, and the match turned cruel for the visitors in the 83rd minute when Braga turned the ball into his own net to hand Ristozi a 2–1 lead.

The Reds' frustration boiled over three minutes later when T. Davis picked up a yellow card as Alexandria pressed for a second equalizer that never came. Ristozi held firm through the closing stages to claim all three points.

The result gives Ristozi FC a valuable home win as the NPSL season pushes deeper into the summer stretch, while Alexandria will look to regroup quickly after letting a lead slip in painful fashion.
