Tampa Bay Rowdies cruised to a 2–0 victory over Brooklyn FC at home on Saturday, with Louis Pérez opening the scoring in the 24th minute and Evan Conway sealing the result deep into stoppage time at 90+2'.

Pérez gave the Rowdies the lead midway through the first half, finishing from a Charlie Ostrem delivery to put the hosts in front. It was a lively opening 45 minutes for the forward, though not without incident — he was booked just 16 minutes after his goal, picking up a yellow card in the 40th minute.

Brooklyn struggled to find a foothold. Jaden Servania was cautioned in the 47th minute, and Malik Pinto followed him into the book eight minutes later as the visitors grew increasingly frustrated in their search for an equalizer. Despite their efforts to get back into the match, Brooklyn never seriously threatened to level the score.

Tampa Bay managed the game well in the second half without needing to force the issue. The Rowdies stayed patient and were rewarded when Conway put the result beyond doubt in the second minute of added time, converting from a Pedro Dolabella assist to make it 2–0 and end any lingering hopes of a Brooklyn comeback.

The clean sheet and comfortable win will boost the Rowdies' confidence as the USL Championship season enters its final stretch, keeping Tampa Bay firmly in the conversation among the Eastern Conference's top sides.
