Birmingham Legion FC dismantled Brooklyn FC 4–0 on Wednesday night, with Vuk Latinovich, Serge Ngoma, Sebastián Saucedo, and Ronaldo Damus all finding the net in a comprehensive USL Championship victory.

Legion took control early. Latinovich broke the deadlock in the 14th minute, giving the home side a lead they would never look like surrendering. Brooklyn struggled to mount any meaningful response, and the match settled into a pattern of Birmingham dominance through the remainder of the first half.

The second period brought more pain for the visitors. Just three minutes after the restart, Ngoma finished off a Peter-Lee Vassell pass to double the advantage, effectively killing the contest before the hour mark. Brooklyn needed something dramatic. Nothing came.

Saucedo drove the point home in the 84th minute with Birmingham's third, and Damus added a fourth deep into stoppage time, converting from a Gevork Diarbian delivery to cap a ruthless display.

Brooklyn had no answer across 90-plus minutes. They picked up a yellow card through their own Vuk Latinovich in the 19th minute — one of few moments they registered any real bite — but the night belonged entirely to the hosts.

Four different scorers underlined the depth of Birmingham's attacking threat, and the clean sheet will be equally pleasing for a side looking to build momentum heading into the final stretch of the regular season. For Brooklyn, it was a long trip home with plenty to address.
