Minnesota Blizzard FC and Sioux Falls Thunder FC shared the points in a 1–1 draw in NPSL action on Friday night. S. Woods opened the scoring for the hosts in the 36th minute, while F. Cuevas equalized for Sioux Falls ten minutes into the second half.

The opening stretch was scrappy. E. Glissendorf picked up a yellow card for Minnesota Blizzard in the 16th minute, and Sioux Falls' R. Black followed him into the referee's notebook just five minutes later. Despite the early tension, it was the home side that found the breakthrough. Woods struck in the 36th minute to give Minnesota Blizzard a deserved halftime lead.

Sioux Falls came out after the break looking to respond but continued to flirt with discipline issues. B. Ngam was cautioned in the 50th minute — the visitors' second booking of the match — before Cuevas drew the sides level in the 55th minute to make it 1–1. It was a quick turnaround for Thunder FC, converting pressure into a goal within minutes of Ngam's card.

The final half-hour produced no further scoring, though Sioux Falls had to navigate carefully after J. Morgan collected a third yellow for the team in the 77th minute. Neither side could find a winner, and the match ended level.

The draw leaves both sides searching for the kind of consistency needed to climb the NPSL standings as the season pushes deeper into the spring schedule.
