Orange County SC came from behind to beat Las Vegas Lights FC 3–2 on the road Saturday night in a five-goal USL Championship contest. Oalex Anderson and Johnny Rodriguez scored for the hosts, while Lyam MacKinnon, Yaniv Bazini, and Garrison Tubbs found the net for Orange County.

Las Vegas struck first in the 38th minute when Anderson finished off a Christian Pinzon feed to give the Lights the lead heading toward halftime. That advantage lasted barely seven minutes. MacKinnon equalized right before the break, converting from a Stephen Kelly assist to send the teams into the interval level at 1–1.

Orange County seized control early in the second half. Bazini put the visitors ahead in the 55th minute, and suddenly Las Vegas found itself chasing the game. The Lights responded well, though. Rodriguez pulled them level in the 66th minute, getting on the end of a Ben Mines ball to make it 2–2.

The decisive moment came with 14 minutes remaining. Tubbs struck in the 76th minute to restore Orange County's lead, and this time Las Vegas had no answer. The Lights pushed for another equalizer late on, but frustration crept in — Kyle Scott picked up a yellow card in the 88th minute as time ran out on the hosts.

The result gives Orange County SC a valuable three points on the road and leaves Las Vegas Lights FC searching for answers at home as the season moves deeper into the summer stretch.
