Sporting JAX dismantled Fort Lauderdale United FC 4–1 on the road Saturday, with Baylee DeSmit scoring twice and Paige Kenton and Shea Moyer adding a goal each to seal a commanding USL Super League victory.

The visitors took control early. DeSmit opened the scoring in the 14th minute, and Sporting JAX doubled their advantage just eleven minutes later when Kenton finished from a Meg Hughes delivery to make it 2–0. Fort Lauderdale offered little response before halftime, struggling to find any rhythm against a Jacksonville side that looked sharp in transition.

The second half began with the same pattern. DeSmit grabbed her second of the night in the 51st minute, putting Sporting JAX three goals clear and effectively ending the contest. Fort Lauderdale did pull one back five minutes later through Sh'nia Gordon, who converted off a Kiara Locklear pass to briefly offer the home side a glimmer of life at 1–3.

It didn't last. Shea Moyer restored the three-goal cushion in the 64th minute, making it 4–1 and removing any lingering doubt about the outcome. Locklear picked up a yellow card in the 69th minute as frustrations mounted for the hosts, and the final twenty minutes passed without further incident.

Fort Lauderdale never found answers for a Sporting JAX attack that punished them repeatedly, particularly in the opening half hour when the game slipped away. The comprehensive away win strengthens Jacksonville's position in the USL Super League standings and leaves Fort Lauderdale searching for solutions after a difficult night at home.
