Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC left it late to edge Indy Eleven 1–0 at home on Saturday, with Kelp Lasse striking deep into stoppage time to steal all three points in USL Championship action.

The first half was a scrappy affair marked more by fouls than chances. Perrin Barnes picked up a yellow card inside 10 minutes for Pittsburgh, and Indy's Cameron Lindley followed him into the book in the 21st minute. Neither side managed to break the deadlock before the interval.

The second half continued in a similar vein. Paco Craig was cautioned for Indy Eleven in the 56th minute, and Pittsburgh's Owen Mikoy joined the growing list of bookings six minutes later. As the clock ticked past 90 minutes, it looked destined to finish scoreless.

In the second minute of added time, Lasse finished from a Barnes delivery to send the home crowd into celebrations and hand Pittsburgh a result that had looked increasingly unlikely. The goal sparked a heated final few minutes — Indy's Logan Neidlinger and Pittsburgh's Albert Dikwa both received yellow cards in the aftermath as frustrations boiled over.

It was fitting, in a way, that Barnes played a part in the winner. Booked early and walking a tightrope for 80-plus minutes, the Pittsburgh man kept his discipline long enough to deliver when it mattered most.
