Forward Madison FC routed Athletic Club Boise 5–1 at home on Saturday, scoring four times in the second half to turn a narrow lead into a comprehensive victory. Derek Gebhard, Bibi Karamoko, Ryan Carmichael, Roman Torres, and Kerfalla Toure all found the net for the Flamingos, while Luan Brito grabbed a consolation for Boise.

The first half was a tighter affair than the final scoreline suggests. Madison broke through in the 39th minute when Gebhard finished from a Claudel Ngoubou delivery to give the hosts a 1–0 lead at the break.

Boise responded early in the second half. Luan Brito leveled in the 50th minute, converting from a Thomas Amang pass to make it 1–1. For a brief spell, the visitors looked capable of causing problems.

That didn't last. Ngoubou produced his second assist of the night in the 66th minute, setting up Karamoko to restore Madison's lead. From there, the floodgates opened. Ryan Carmichael made it 3–1 just five minutes later, finishing off a Roman Torres pass. Torres then got on the scoresheet himself in the 75th minute, fed by Jackson Castro, to push the advantage to four. Kerfalla Toure capped the rout in stoppage time, converting from a Collin McCamy assist.

Madison picked up four yellow cards across the match — Joshua Bolma, Geni Kanyane, Kevin Carmichael, and Mark Segbers were all cautioned — adding a rough edge to an otherwise dominant display.

The emphatic win gives Forward Madison FC significant momentum as they push deeper into the USL League One season.
