Dallas Trinity FC held off DC Power FC to claim a 2–1 victory at home on Saturday in USL Super League action. Allie Thornton opened the scoring in the 10th minute, Gianna Gourley equalized for the visitors in the 21st, and Gracie Brian restored Dallas's lead in the 33rd — a goal that proved to be the winner.

Trinity came out sharp. Thornton struck first, finishing off a feed from Chioma Ubogagu to put the hosts ahead early. DC Power, though, responded well. Gourley pulled the visitors level midway through the first half, converting from a Jaydah Bedoya assist to make it 1–1. The equalizer could have shifted momentum Washington's way, but Dallas had other ideas. Brian put Trinity back in front before halftime, latching onto a pass from Samar Guidry and finding the net in the 33rd minute.

The second half produced no goals but was not without incident. Thornton, already on the scoresheet, picked up a yellow card in the 65th minute. DC Power pushed for another equalizer in the final stretch but could not break through a Dallas defense that held firm when it mattered most.

The three points give Dallas Trinity FC a valuable home win as the USL Super League season progresses, while DC Power FC will look to regroup quickly after a result that slipped away from them inside the opening 35 minutes.
