One Knoxville SC and Athletic Club Boise played out a 2–2 draw in USL League One on Saturday, with Boise rallying from two goals down to steal a point. Real Gill and Jake Dengler had Knoxville in control early, but goals from Tumi Moshobane and Jonathan Ricketts ensured the visitors left with something to show for their efforts.

Knoxville came out fast. Gill opened the scoring in the 17th minute to give the hosts an early lead, and Dengler doubled the advantage just 11 minutes later. At 2–0 with under half an hour played, One Knoxville looked comfortable.

That comfort lasted all of three minutes. Moshobane pulled one back for Boise in the 31st minute, finishing off a pass from Ricketts to cut the deficit in half before the break. The goal shifted the momentum, and Boise carried renewed belief into the second half.

The game grew scrappy as it wore on. Beckham Uderitz was booked for Knoxville in the 56th minute, and Ricketts picked up a yellow of his own in the 71st. Twelve minutes later, the Boise forward made a far bigger impact — Ricketts latched onto a ball from Dominic Gasso and leveled the match at 2–2 in the 83rd minute. Tempers flared late, with Dani Fernández and John Murphy both carded for Knoxville in stoppage time, along with Boise's Phillip Mayaka.

For Knoxville, a two-goal lead surrendered at home will sting, while Boise's resilience could prove a valuable confidence boost as both sides push through the second half of the season.
