Duluth FC cruised to a comfortable 3-0 victory away at Siouxland United FC on Saturday in NPSL action, with J. Magalhaes grabbing a brace in the 32nd and 78th minutes and S. Davidson adding a third in the 52nd.

Duluth controlled the tempo from the outset and broke the deadlock midway through the first half. Magalhaes found the net in the 32nd minute to put the visitors ahead, and Siouxland had no immediate answer. Duluth's Y. Urakami picked up a yellow card in the 39th minute, but the booking did little to slow the away side's momentum heading into the break.

The second half brought more of the same. Davidson doubled the lead just seven minutes after the restart, and suddenly Siouxland faced a mountain to climb. The hosts struggled to create meaningful chances, and Magalhaes sealed the result in the 78th minute with his second of the afternoon to make it 3-0.

Duluth's Y. Cohen was cautioned in the 81st minute, and Siouxland's S. Carles picked up a yellow in stoppage time as frustrations boiled over in the final stages. Neither booking carried much consequence by that point — the contest was long settled.

Siouxland never looked capable of troubling Duluth on the day, managing nothing in front of goal across 90 minutes. It was a shutout that Duluth's backline will take plenty of confidence from.

The result marks a statement road win for Duluth FC as the NPSL season moves deeper into the summer stretch, while Siouxland United will need to regroup quickly after a sobering home defeat.
