AC Newport demolished OSNER'S FC 5-0 on the road Saturday in NPSL action, with K. Korytoski and H. Avila Jr each scoring twice and J. Newbury adding another in a ruthless away performance.

The visitors needed less than half an hour to break the deadlock. Korytoski opened the scoring in the 28th minute, then doubled the lead just four minutes later in the 32nd to put AC Newport firmly in control. OSNER'S FC had no answer. Newbury made it 3-0 in the 39th minute, and Avila Jr piled on a fourth just before halftime in the 44th, sending the hosts into the break trailing by four with the contest already well beyond reach.

The second half was a quieter affair, though not without incident. AC Newport picked up a pair of yellow cards in quick succession — B. Augustin cautioned in the 64th minute and P. Kabulu following three minutes later in the 67th. Neither booking slowed Newport down. Avila Jr completed his brace in the 71st minute to cap the rout at five.

OSNER'S FC were outclassed from start to finish, unable to generate any meaningful response once Korytoski's early double set the tone. The home side never found the net, and the margin could arguably have been wider given how dominant Newport looked throughout the first half in particular.

The comprehensive victory strengthens AC Newport's position in the NPSL standings and raises serious questions about where OSNER'S FC go from here after a historically poor result on home turf.
