Brooklyn FC cruised to a 3–0 victory over Charleston Battery on Saturday night, with Markus Anderson orchestrating the attack across all three goals. Jaden Servania opened the scoring in the ninth minute, Stefan Stojanovic doubled the lead before halftime, and Anderson capped the performance with a goal of his own in the second half.

The hosts wasted no time asserting themselves. Servania struck early, finishing from an Anderson delivery to make it 1–0 with barely nine minutes on the clock. The goalscorer picked up a yellow card shortly after for a challenge in the 20th minute, but the booking did little to disrupt Brooklyn's momentum. Charleston's Kirill Pakhomov was also cautioned in the 26th minute as the Battery struggled to contain their opponents.

Anderson turned provider again in the 32nd minute, this time setting up Stojanovic to double the advantage. Brooklyn went into the break two goals to the good and in complete control.

The second half followed a similar script. Anderson, having created both first-half goals, got on the scoresheet himself in the 61st minute, converting from a Christopher Olney Jr. pass to put the result beyond any doubt at 3–0. It was a deserved reward for a player who had been the most influential figure on the pitch all evening.

Charleston offered little in response. Brooklyn collected three more yellow cards in the second half — Tommy McNamara, So Nishikawa, and Jackson Lee all going into the referee's notebook — but the disciplinary issues were minor footnotes in an otherwise dominant display.

The comprehensive win gives Brooklyn FC early-season momentum in the USL Championship and sends a clear message to the rest of the conference.
