Fort Lauderdale United FC cruised to a commanding 4–1 victory over Dallas Trinity FC in USL Super League action on Saturday, with Kelli Van Treeck's brace leading the way. Hannah Davison and Kiara Locklear also found the net for the hosts, while Amber Brooks grabbed a consolation for Dallas.

Fort Lauderdale settled quickly despite an early yellow card for Lily Nabet in the ninth minute. Van Treeck opened the scoring in the 16th minute to give the home side the lead, and they never looked back. Davison doubled the advantage before halftime, striking in the 40th minute to send Fort Lauderdale into the break with a comfortable two-goal cushion.

The second half brought more of the same. Van Treeck grabbed her second of the night in the 59th minute, finishing from a Jasmine Hamid delivery to make it 3–0 and effectively kill the contest.

Dallas Trinity did pull one back through Brooks in the 73rd minute, who converted after good work from Chioma Ubogagu. But any hopes of a comeback were short-lived. Locklear restored the three-goal margin in the 81st minute, sealing the result at 4–1.

Dallas's Hannah Davison picked up a yellow card in stoppage time as frustrations boiled over late.

Fort Lauderdale were clinical throughout, scoring in each phase of the match and punishing a Dallas side that had no answer for the hosts' attacking output. The result strengthens Fort Lauderdale United's position in the USL Super League standings and piles pressure on a Dallas Trinity team searching for answers on the road.
