Portland Hearts of Pine and Greenville Triumph SC shared the points in a 1–1 draw in USL League One on Saturday, with Rodrigo Robles opening the scoring for the visitors in the 70th minute before Ollie Wright equalized for Portland eight minutes later.

The first half produced no goals but plenty of needle. Greenville's Evan Lee was booked inside 16 minutes, and Serigne Faye picked up a yellow for Portland in the 30th. Diogo Barbosa joined him in the book just before the break, setting a tetchy tone that carried into the second period.

Greenville continued to collect cautions after the interval — Connor Evans was cautioned in the 52nd minute and Azaad Liadi followed six minutes later — but the visitors managed to channel that aggression into something productive. Robles broke the deadlock on 70 minutes, finishing from a Louis Herrera delivery to put Greenville ahead.

Portland, though, refused to fold. Anthony Patti picked up Greenville's fourth yellow of the match in the 76th minute, and two minutes later Wright struck to level the score at 1–1. The hosts pushed for a winner in the closing stages but couldn't find a second.

Six yellow cards were shown across the 90 minutes — four to Greenville, two to Portland — though the referee kept his red card in his pocket throughout.

The draw leaves both sides looking for momentum as the League One season moves deeper into its middle stretch, with neither team able to claim the full three points from a scrappy, stop-start affair.
