Sporting JAX cruised to a commanding 3–0 victory over Spokane Zephyr FC in USL Super League action on Wednesday, with goals from Baylee DeSmit, Paige Kenton, and Georgie Brown sealing a dominant first-half performance.

The hosts wasted no time setting the tone. DeSmit opened the scoring in the ninth minute, finishing from an Ashlyn Puerta delivery to give Sporting JAX an early lead. Spokane struggled to find any rhythm in response and picked up two yellow cards in quick succession — Kelsey Oyler cautioned in the 24th minute, followed by Reese Tappan five minutes later — as frustration crept into their game.

That indiscipline proved costly. Just two minutes after Tappan's booking, Kenton doubled the advantage in the 31st minute, converting from a DeSmit assist. The opener had turned provider. Spokane's evening went from bad to worse before halftime when Georgie Brown made it 3–0 in the 39th minute, getting on the end of a Sophia Boman pass to effectively end the contest.

The second half offered little drama. Spokane picked up a third yellow card through Cameron Tucker in the 56th minute but never looked capable of mounting a comeback. Sporting JAX managed the game comfortably, content to protect their clean sheet rather than push for more.

Three first-half goals, three different scorers, and zero answers from Spokane — it was as comprehensive a result as the scoreline suggests, one that strengthens Sporting JAX's position in the USL Super League standings.
