FC Frederick and Hub City FC shared the points in a 2–2 draw in NPSL action on Saturday, with all four goals coming in a frantic second-half stretch after Hub City had carried an early lead into the break. C. Wesley opened the scoring in the 12th minute for the visitors, while J. Wisdom and J. Sesay replied for Frederick before J. Ndrenika leveled again for Hub City.

Wesley's early strike gave Hub City FC control of the first half, and Frederick struggled to find a meaningful response before the interval. R. Abarjel picked up a yellow card in the 39th minute as frustration crept into the home side's play.

The second half was a different story. Wisdom equalized in the 56th minute to breathe life back into FC Frederick, and just seven minutes later Sesay completed the turnaround, putting the hosts ahead for the first time. The lead lasted barely two minutes. Ndrenika struck in the 65th to pull Hub City level at 2–2.

The momentum swung again moments later — and not in Frederick's favor. K. Kouassi, already cautioned in the 68th minute, received a second yellow just four minutes later and was sent off, leaving FC Frederick to see out the final 18 minutes with ten men. Hub City pushed for a winner but couldn't capitalize on the numerical advantage, with T. Lombardi picking up a late booking in the 90th minute as tensions rose in the closing stages.

The draw leaves both sides searching for the kind of consistency needed to separate themselves in the NPSL standings as the summer schedule rolls on.
