Brooklyn FC cruised to a 4–1 victory over Sporting JAX on Saturday, with Peter Mangione scoring twice and Markus Anderson and Christopher Olney Jr. adding a goal each. Kieran Sadlier pulled one back for the visitors, but it was little more than a consolation.

Mangione set the tone early, opening the scoring in the eighth minute after being picked out by Anderson. He doubled his tally in the 27th, finishing off a pass from Olney Jr. to put Brooklyn firmly in control before the half-hour mark. Anderson then got on the scoresheet himself in the 35th minute, making it 3–0 and effectively killing the contest before halftime.

Sporting JAX's frustration boiled over as the match wore on. Ventura Alvarado was booked just before the break, and two more yellows followed in quick succession after the restart — Emil Jääskeläinen in the 64th minute and Jean Mota two minutes later. The visitors' discipline was fraying badly.

Sadlier briefly gave JAX something to hold onto when he found the net in the 71st minute to cut the deficit to 3–1. But any hopes of a comeback lasted just seven minutes. Olney Jr., who had already assisted Mangione's second, got his own goal in the 78th to restore Brooklyn's three-goal cushion and seal a dominant performance.

The win underscores Brooklyn FC's attacking potency this season, with Mangione, Anderson, and Olney Jr. all directly involved in every goal — a connection that could prove decisive as the USL Championship playoff race intensifies.
